Tomás Brave was born in Buenos Aires on December 19, 1983.

He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, School of Law and Social Sciences in 2008.

He is a Licensed Real Estate Consultant, with degree obtained at the Argentine Real Estate Chamber.

He is a Broker, Appraiser and Public Auctioneer, graduated in 2009.

He completed several courses of specialization in corporate law and real estate business.

He practices law in the following fields: advising on legal and corporate general affairs, assisting companies and institutions in everyday legal matters; negotiation, drafting and revision of contracts, at execution and at breach; advising clients on investments (local and foreign) and new businesses; working with companies and stakeholders in corporate matters related to equity and securities; advising clients on their rights and property (real and personal); advising in real estate businesses and related agreements; dispute resolution regarding civil and commercial matters; representation before judicial and arbitration courts; advising on bankruptcy and creditor rights.

He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires (CPACF) and of the Brokers Association of San Isidro (CMCPSI).
